Your Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Provide complete and accurate details about your medical history, past illnesses, and medications.
- Compliance: Follow the agreed-upon treatment plan and instructions given by our clinical staff.
- Respect: Treat facility staff, structure, and other patients with courtesy and respect.
- Financial Obligations: Fulfil financial obligations for the healthcare services received promptly (Cash, M-Pesa, or valid Insurance/SHA).
